AURA
Visual Identity
This project involved creating a refined visual identity for AURA, a gourmet restaurant and wine-cigar lounge in the Dominican Republic. The scope included designing the logo, menus (entrée, wine, and cocktails), and branded coasters and napkins, all crafted to resonate with the local audience while maintaining an elegant, cohesive aesthetic.
Initiating the design process, I explored the local aesthetics of the restaurant. Meticulous attention to detail was crucial to ensure the design reflected the sophistication of the offerings. The color palette, textures, and design elements were selected thoughtfully to evoke a sense of refinement.
The logo design focused on timeless and versatile elements, steering clear of explicit thematic ties. Menus have a cohesive color scheme and visually appealing layouts for enhanced readability and aesthetics. Branded coasters and napkins featured textures and patterns that contributed to the overall refined atmosphere of the restaurant.
